This position requires an activist for transformation; it liaises between business stakeholders and IS and manages IS related projects from idea to delivery while implementing continuous process improvement, and creating and ensuring strategic alignment with other functional teams.
You will collaborate with business & IT leadership to establish and obtain consensus on project goal objectives and deliverables, determine the degree to which changes to scope, issues, and risks will affect projects, and gain agreement for resolution.
Youll oversee projects, the project portfolio, issue tracking, escalation and follow up, develop high-level project plans, and develop and present business cases and program strategy that supports those cases.
Youll direct the scope of the project management team, determine resource needs, ensure integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing and budgets as needed, and discuss program strategy, direction and changes with IT and business leadership.
Your measure will be budget variance to projected costs for IT, and customer satisfaction of IT business solutions.
You will support the Americas Region (U.S. and Canada), manage an annual CAPEX budget (up to $1m dollars), and have an indirect number of staff based on project load.
Your work hours will be demanding given you need to accommodate global resources and customer schedules. You will be working across multiple time zones, managing across multiple countries and cultures.
It is expected that you work autonomously while having limited access to your immediate manager (Regional Director).
You will manage, coordinate and leverage shared resources, experience tight time time-lines and budgets and can expect to travel up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, MIS, Business Operations, Finance or related field
PMP certification desired
Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, LEAN or ISO certifications desired
7+ years global business experience with demonstrated leadership, project management or managerial skills
5+ years experience in technical analysis, business analysis, work flow analysis, or process improvement
3+ years experience managing direct team members preferred
Systems implementation or enhancement experience such as ERP, CRMs, or supply chain optimization
Must have experience in CRM system implementation, upgrade, and enhancement
Must be able to create system strategy and design to benefit from CRM and ERP systems to automate business processes
Must be able to follow PMO methodology to deliver high quality results
Must be able to improve Siebel and Call Center integration to accommodate on-going business process improvement
Experience with large, high transactions systems
Experience with multi-national organizations
Experience with managing requests from a broad range of diverse and complex business units
